The Nice Home People are not Realtors. 

  • We do not get paid a fee for selling you someone else's house. We will sell you a house we own, so we can be more flexible with the terms.     
  • We do not manage rental property for others. We only lease homes that we own, so we can maintain the highest standards.
  • We work with all types of Buyers and Tenants in all types of situations, including Students, Self-employed, Pet owners.
  • We work with Buyers who want to secure a home, live in it now and explore all the options for how, when and what type of financing they will get to buy the home. Sometimes we can even finance it ourselves.
  • We work with Buyers who want to move into the property now before they complete the tedious loan application and loan processing delays.
  • Some Buyers need time to solve credit issues, and some just want to "try-out" the house, schools or neighborhood.
  • After our Tenant/Buyers move in, we work with them and help them learn what to do, so they can qualify for a new loan and then buy the property. This gives us a very large pool of Buyers who make great customers.
  • We can even help Buyers and Tenants who have a foreclosure, bankruptcy or other bruises in their history.
